Dennis has been a civil trial lawyer in New Hampshire since graduating from The Georgetown University Law Center in 1985. He has tried hundreds of jury and non-jury cases at all levels of the state court system and in The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.  He has been named as a Best Lawyer for civil litigation for the last 11 years.

Prior to starting Ducharme Resolutions, PLLC in 2012, Dennis was a managing partner in one of New Hampshire’s busiest civil litigation firms.  While he now spends about 75-80% of his time as a mediator, he still relishes his time advocating for his own clients.  He prepares each case as if it is going to trial, which other members of the trial bar know he is always ready to do.  His track record and ability to present a case at trial enable him to achieve successful settlements for his clients whenever possible because he puts cases in a posture to negotiate from a position of strength.  While most civil cases do settle, those on Dennis’ desk that do not will be well presented in court.
